JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide data integrity and regulatory compliance support for Student and, Business Applications to enable TD3 to meet data compliance requirements as mandated by local, state and federal agencies. Responsible for the validity, compliance, and timely submission of all Student data to the State and other regulatory agencies. Provide assistance to Student Support personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years administrative support experience preferably in a school setting
- Prior experience working with Student Management Systems and exposure/experience to ADE AZED’s data transaction process (preferred)
- State of Arizona Identity Verified (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide primary support for the complete and final compliance to data integrity of all Student information submitted to ADE and other regulatory agencies.
- Responsible for the integrity of data entered into the Student Management System including those activities related to the compliance to standards and integrity of data reported to ADE.
- Coordinate annual audits, validity checking and problem resolution of data entered into student application systems.
- Review and maintain special education student records for compliance
- Work directly with ADE staff in regards to submitted data.
- Monitors automated submissions to ADE.
- Troubleshoots submission failures.
- Follows state and federal reporting calendar to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Attends state reporting trainings
- Oversees and monitors record keeping of student information and performs internal audits.
- Attend meetings and participate on committees as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of District, Federal and State rules and regulations governing school operations
- Skill in utilizing effective verbal or written communication in the performance of all written and oral communications
- Skill utilizing customer service techniques in responding to inquiries, requests and complaints
- Skill establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with management, staff, outside agencies and the public
- Skill and experience using technology in a business and educational environment
- Skill and expertise in the use of standard office software including, but not limited to:
- Email
- Word Processing
- Spreadsheets
- Databases
- Query and ad hoc reporting tools
- Ability to use discretion and make sound judgements
- Ability to keep information confidential and maintain an ethical attitude
- Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in shifting to new tasks when priorities change
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.
High volume of public contact.
PHYSICAL EFFORT:
May lift, move, push or carry materials, equipment and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds or more. Generally performs work in a seated position with repetitive motion and eyestrain through extensive utilization of computer hardware and software.
